Overview

The Let’s Ride Challenge® Ride for Heroes 2026 (the “Promotion”), is sponsored by Mighty Loud Enterprises ("Mighty Loud"), available through Participating Dealers (defined above) only (Participating Dealer list available here) and offered to eligible motorcycle riders or motorcycle passengers (“Riders”). Prizes will be awarded in five (5) tiers (each a “Tier”), starting with the Silver Tier and ending with the Black & Orange Tier. Each Tier is defined by a minimum number of miles ridden. Riders only qualify for a Tier once they have ridden the minimum number of Earned Miles (below) and that number has been documented by an odometer reading by a Validator at a Participating Location (a “Mileage Validation”). For a list of Tiers and their respective minimum miles, refer to the Tier Chart (below)

All Riders must complete a one-time registration (“Registration”) and an initial odometer reading (“Initial Mileage Validation”) of the motorcycle(s) they will ride during the Promotion (each, a “Registered Motorcycle”). You can ride more than one (1) Registered Motorcycle during the Promotion. Once registered, Riders compete for the highest Recurring Engagement Validation Scores (each, a “REV Score”) in each Tier by riding Earned Miles, and earning engagement credits (each, a “Engagement Credit”) by getting Mileage Validations and participating in other select activities (“Engagement Activities”). *Note: Earned Miles must be documented by official Mileage Validations to be considered for determining Tier qualification and for calculating a Rider’s REV Score in any Tier.

The REV Score in each of the Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond Tiers is the sum of the number of Earned Miles ridden in that Tier and the number of Engagement Credits earned in that Tier. The REV Score in the Black & Orange Tier is the sum of the total number of Earned Miles ridden and Engagement Credits earned during the entire Promotion Period. For a list of activities and the number of available Engagement Credits for each, refer to the Engagement Activities Chart (below)

Promotion starts on February 27, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) and ends on October 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) (the “Promotion Period”). After the Promotion Period ends, Mighty Loud will tabulate the highest REV Scores (defined above) for each Tier and determine the winners.

Mighty Loud's computer is the official timekeeping device for this Promotion. For information on this Promotion, you may visit https://h-dletsride.com (the “Promotion Page”).

Eligibility: To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, you must, as of the date of Registration, be a legal resident of the United States, including the District of Columbia and Alaska but excluding Hawaii, and at least eighteen (18) years old and above the age of majority where you live. Employees of Mighty Loud, Harley-Davidson, Inc. and its Dealers and retailers, affiliates, sales representatives, distributors, promotional and other vendor agencies, any prize suppliers, any other companies directly involved in the offer or administration of this Promotion, and all of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service agencies, independent contractors involved in the promotion, and the immediate family (parent, spouse, including common law spouse, sibling, child, grandparent, grandchild, regardless of where they reside) and household members of all such employees, are not eligible.

Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation constitutes Rider’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules. Mighty Loud’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

If you have won and received a prize in any previous Let's Ride Challenge® Promotion, you are eligible to participate in this Promotion but are not eligible to win any prize listed in these Official Rules.

All prize values in these Official Rules are stated in United States Dollars (USD). The following prizes (with the corresponding approximate retail value (“ARV”) for each) are available in this Promotion:

Bonus Prize per person.

Each Grand Prize Motorcycle will be awarded only if there are eligible Riders with the corresponding Tier, for example, if no Rider qualifies for the Black & Orange Tier, the Black & Orange Tier Grand Prize Motorcycle will not be awarded, and so on. H.O.G. Bonus Prizes will only be awarded to winners who are active and paid H.O.G. members as of the end of the Promotion Period. All Grand Prize Motorcycles and H.O.G. Bonus Prizes may not be awarded.

THIS IS A CONTEST OF SKILL, NOT CHANCE.

  • The prize in each of the Diamond Tier, Platinum Tier, Gold Tier, and Silver Tier will be awarded to the Rider with the highest REV Score in that Tier (above). The likelihood of winning the Diamond Tier Grand Prize Motorcycle, Platinum Tier Grand Prize Motorcycle, Gold Tier Grand Prize Motorcycle, and Silver Tier Grand Prize Motorcycle, therefore, will depend on the number of miles ridden in each Tier, the number and timing of Engagement Activities in each Tier, compared to the number of miles ridden in each Tier by each Rider and the number and timing of Engagement Activities in each Tier by each Rider.

  • The prize in the Black & Orange Tier will be awarded to the Rider with the highest REV Score for the entire Promotion. The likelihood of winning the Black & Orange Tier Grand Prize Motorcycle, therefore, will depend on the total number of miles ridden in the Promotion and the number and timing of Engagement Activities in the Promotion, compared to the number of miles ridden in the entire Promotion by each Rider and the number and timing of Engagement Activities during in the entire Promotion by each Rider.

Additional Restrictions: TThe ARV of any prize may vary, depending on variables such as options, availability, industry, supply and/or seasonal fluctuations. If the actual value of any prize is less than the ARV stated above, winner shall not be entitled to any compensation or reimbursement for the difference.

All prizes are subject to the sole discretion of Mighty Loud. It will be solely within Mighty Loud's discretion to determine all features of any Grand Prize Motorcycle to be awarded, including but not limited to, color and details. Additional features or upgrades will be allowed only if permitted by Designated Dealer and paid for by such Grand Prize Motorcycle winner. Make, model, trim level, color and options of prize are subject to change. Each Grand Prize Motorcycle winner must have a valid driver’s license in the relevant class or category (“Driver’s License”) and the ability to ride a two-wheeled motorcycle and will be required to provide proof of insurance at the time of taking delivery. Grand Prize Motorcycle(s) cannot be transferred and must be titled in winner's name only.

Winners are solely responsible, at their own expense, for all expenses and incidental costs associated with the prizes and not expressly included in the prize description above, including without limitation, all federal, state, and/or local taxes (if any), fees, transportation costs incurred in claiming prize, Up Fronts (above), additional tax, license, set-up costs, insurance (including Optional Theft and Damage Waiver or Liability Insurance), accessories, safety gear and/or equipment, modifications, extras or upgrades (if any), and surcharges. If applicable, winners may receive an IRS Form 1099 or other tax documents for the retail value of any prize.

No transfer of any prize to a third party is permitted, and non-cash prizes may not be redeemed for cash, sold, bartered or auctioned. Any portion of a prize not accepted by the winner will be forfeited and no cash or substitute will be offered or permitted. Prizes may not be substituted except that Mighty Loud in its discretion may substitute a prize, or portion thereof, with a prize or portion of equal or greater value if it deems necessary. Any such changes will be announced.

Any images of any prize or prize components in advertising are for illustrative purposes only; actual items awarded as prize/prize components may differ from such images. Riders agree that Released Parties (below) expressly disclaim all liability in conjunction therewith.

None of Released Parties (defined below) have made or will be responsible in any manner for any warranties, representations, or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or law, relating to any prize, including without limitation, its quality, mechanical condition, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, with the exception of any standard manufacturer’s warranty that may apply to the motorcycle. Additional information regarding the warranty, pick-up/delivery, and additional information will be provided to the Grand Prize Motorcycle winner in due course after winning.

If you have won and received a prize in any previous Let's Ride Challenge® Promotion, you are eligible to participate in this Promotion but are not eligible to win any prize listed in these Official Rules.

How to Participate

All Riders must complete a one-time Registration and an Initial Mileage Validation to participate in the Promotion. All motorcycles are eligible for this Promotion. After the Initial Mileage Validation, Riders must obtain at least one (1) Mileage Validation per Tier to qualify for that Tier’s prize and a final Mileage Validation before the Promotion concludes.

Once registered, Riders earn mileage by riding Earned Miles (as documented through Mileage Validations) and Engagement Credits by participating in other activities (below). A Rider’s REV Score at any given time is the sum of Earned Miles plus Engagement Credits available through Engagement Activities, all of which are listed in the Engagement Activities Chart below, along with their respective Engagement Credits value and any maximums or limitations.

Once registered, Riders can also access this information by visiting a Participating Dealer to scan the Dealer’s QR Code. Riders may also see their current Tier and Earned Miles at any time by texting MYMILES to 302-2-GO-RIDE (302-246-7433) to receive a one-time text message with that information. DATA AND MESSAGE RATES MAY APPLY. CHECK WITH YOUR WIRELESS SERVICE CARRIER.

A.   Registration and Initial Mileage Validation

You must have a smartphone or mobile device (each, a “Mobile Device”) with a compatible camera or QR code scanning application (“QR Code Scanner”) to complete a one-time Registration. DATA RATES MAY APPLY. CHECK WITH YOUR WIRELESS SERVICE CARRIER. Registrations will be accepted at Participating Dealers. To register, complete each of the following steps:

  1. Visit a Participating Dealer, locate the Dealer’s proprietary QR Code and use your Mobile Device to scan it, which will open the Dealer’s QR gallery (the “Dealer Gallery”);

  2. Select the “Let’s Ride Challenge® Ride for Heroes 2026” tab from within the Dealer Gallery to open the Promotion Application (the “Application”) and follow the instructions to enter the required information, which may include your name, phone number, email address, age/date of birth. Next, type in your motorcycle’s current odometer reading and Vehicle Identification Number (“VIN”). If you have a paid H.O.G. membership (rider or passenger), you may also enter your H.O.G.® membership number, to be eligible for a H.O.G. Bonus Prize (see above). A camera will then open within the Application and prompt you to locate an authorized Harley-Davidson® employee (a “Validator”) who can validate your VIN and odometer reading (the Initial Mileage Validation referred to above). The Validator will present their unique QR Code to you to scan, which will then cause the Application to proceed to the confirmation pages;

  3. Once the confirmation page opens, the Validator will validate the odometer reading and VIN by visual inspection in person of the Registered Motorcycle, Re-entry of the odometer reading and VIN by the Validator will confirm that the odometer reading and VIN match to the odometer reading and VIN entered by Rider on their Mobile Device.

Congratulations! Your motorcycle is now registered in Let’s Ride Challenge® Ride for Heroes 2026, and you have earned twenty-five (25) Engagement Credits by completing the Registration and Initial Mileage Validation. Note: The Initial Mileage Validation and all subsequent Mileage Validations (below) must be performed by an authorized Validator.

In addition to visiting Participating Dealer physical locations, Riders may complete Registration, Mileage Validations, and keyword entries at Other Locations that are dealer-sanctioned events or organized ride that:

i. Is officially sponsored and organized by a Participating Dealer
ii.  Has a least one contest approved Validator present

Other Locations specifically exclude:

i. Harley-Davidson Motor Company corporate or national events
ii. Events sponsored by non-dealer entities
iii. Private gatherings, informal meetups, or personal rides
iv. Meetings arranged solely for mileage validation at non-dealership locations

Mighty Loud reserves the right at any time to audit event records (including name, date, time, location & validator) relating to Other Locations to confirm compliance with these Official Rules.      For purposes of Engagement Credits limits, Other Locations count toward the limits of the organizing Participating Dealer, not as a separate Dealership.

Riders who fail to provide any required information at Registration or any other time during the Promotion may be disqualified without further notification by Mighty Loud. Mighty Loud is not responsible for lost, garbled, incomplete, incorrect, or otherwise unreceived Registrations.

Limit one (1) Registration per Rider. Multiple Riders are not permitted to share the same email address, phone number or Mobile Device, but they can share the same Registered Motorcycle VIN. All Registrations submitted over the stated limits as defined herein will be considered void. Mighty Loud is not responsible for lost, garbled, incomplete, incorrect, or otherwise unreceived Registrations. In the event of a dispute as to Registration, the Authorized Account Holder of the email address or Mobile Device used to submit the Registration will be deemed to be the Rider. The “Authorized Account Holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address or to the mobile device by the wireless carrier responsible for assigning Mobile Device numbers associated with the Mobile Device. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being an Authorized Account Holder.

Entering in this manner allows each Rider to designate their Harley-Davidson Preferred Participating Dealer (“Preferred Participating Dealer”) that may be changed within the Promotion Period. The Preferred Participating Dealer for each Rider as of the end of the Promotion is their designated Preferred Participating Dealer for this Promotion.

b.    Earn Mileage and Engagement Credits

Riders compete in the Promotion by earning Earned Miles (below) and Engagement Credits, which combine to equal the Rider’s REV Score. Only miles ridden during the Promotion Period and documented by a Mileage Validation (“Earned Miles”) are eligible in the Promotion. As the Rider’s Earned Miles (as documented by Mileage Validations) reach certain thresholds, the Rider will progress to subsequent Tiers. Each Tier offers a Grand Prize Motorcycle, whose ARV increases in each subsequent Tier, up to and including the last Tier, the Black & Orange Tier. A Rider’s objective is to accrue Earned Miles by riding as many miles as possible within the Promotion Period and to earn Engagement Credits by engaging regularly with the Participating Dealers through Engagement Credits-earning activities (each, an “Engagement Activity”), which are described below and summarized in the Engagement Activity Chart, together with their corresponding number of available Engagement Credits.

1.     Earned Miles

All Riders start at zero (0) Earned Miles, regardless of the odometer reading at the Initial Mileage Validation. There is no limit on the amount of Earned Miles, so long as they are documented by Mileage Validations. So, not only will Earned Miles qualify Rider for higher Tiers, Earned Miles are also added to the REV Score for all Earned Miles ridden on Registered Motorcycles, as verified during a Mileage Validation (above). Riders may ride more than one (1) Registered Motorcycle.

Only miles actually physically ridden by the Rider are valid towards that Rider’s Earned Miles. Any attempt by a Rider (or by someone else for the Rider’s benefit) to artificially increase the mileage on a Registered Motorcycle constitutes cheating, whether or not the attempt was successful. Riders agree that Mighty Loud has the right in its sole discretion at any time during or after the Promotion to reject any suspect or irregular miles from consideration, to require the Rider to present the Registered Motorcycle for an inspection and/or to disqualify the relevant Rider from further participation in the Promotion and from any prizes. Riders agree that Mighty Loud’s decisions are final and binding in all respects.

For example, if Mighty Loud suspects that any reported Earned Miles were not earned through riding but were artificially increased, through the use of signal generators, wheel spinning electric motors or otherwise, by manipulating or tampering with the odometer, or by obtaining validations from unauthorized sources or at unauthorized locations, Mighty Loud reserves the right, in its discretion, to disqualify suspicious miles or require the relevant Registered Motorcycle be presented to a Participating Dealer for an inspection to confirm the reflected Earned Miles.

2.     Mileage Validations

Mileage earned in the Promotion must be recorded, submitted, and validated using methods approved by Mighty Loud.

Mighty Loud is not responsible for errors, omissions, inaccuracies, interruptions, data loss, or failures arising from Applications, devices, GPS systems, software, cellular networks, connectivity problems, or other technical issues. As described below in the Section entitled Adjustments, Mighty Loud may, in its sole discretion, make Adjustments to reflect Mighty Loud’s reasonable determination of actual eligible miles. Mileage Validations are subject to the restrictions in these Official Rules including without limitation, as set out below in the Sections entitled Correction Requests, Adjustments, and Participation Restrictions.

Riders can earn twenty (20) Engagement Credits by updating their Earned Miles by visiting a Participating Location (defined above) and having a Validator (or other authorized Event validator) check the current mileage and having their Registered Motorcycle during a Mileage Validation for up to sixty-four (64) Mileage Validations (a total of one thousand two hundred and eighty (1280) Engagement Credits) during the Promotion. Riders are limited to three (3) Mileage Validations per day per Participating Location.

Mileage Validations in excess of the daily limit or total Promotion limit will not be eligible for Engagement Credits. Riders can continue to get Mileage Validations after the maximum number of Engagement Credits has been earned, but no additional Engagement Credits will be awarded. Note: Even after a Rider has reached the maximum number of Engagement Credits from Mileage Validations, Mileage Validations are still necessary to document progression into subsequent Tiers and to document Earned Miles.

Note: As noted above, Riders will only be eligible for prizes in the Tiers in the Tier Chart if they have had Mileage Validations that reflect odometer readings for the minimum miles for such Tiers. For example, Rider Bob rides a total of 7000 miles in the Promotion Period, but his last Mileage Validation was at 5,000 miles. Rider Bob will be eligible for a prize in the Platinum Tier (4001-5500 miles) and below. However, Rider Bob will not be eligible for any prizing in the Diamond Tier because the last validated odometer reading did not exceed 5501, i.e., the minimum threshold to qualify for the Diamond Tier (5501-7500).

Subject to the daily limit on Mileage Validations, Riders should obtain Mileage Validations whenever they have ridden enough miles to progress to the next Tier. You can see your current Tier and Earned Miles at any time by visiting a Participating Dealer and scanning the Dealer QR Code or by texting MYMILES to 302-2-GO-RIDE (302-246-7433) to receive a one-time text message with that information. SMS rates may apply. Check with your carrier.

3.     Acquire Keywords

Each week during the Promotion, a number of keywords (each, a “Keyword”), will be made available through the Participating Dealers. Riders can visit Participating Dealers to find out the Keywords and enter them in the Application. No purchase is required to obtain Keywords. Simply visit a Participating Dealer and follow the instructions to obtain and record the Keywords using your Mobile Device and the QR Code scanner.

Up to ninety-six (96) Keywords will be available during the Promotion Period. Each new Keyword entered is worth ten (10) Engagement Credits. Each Keyword can be used only once. Click here for a complete list of Participating Dealer locations. Each Keyword can only be used once per Rider and per email address during the Promotion. Any attempts to use a Keyword for additional Engagement Credits will be void.

4.     Visit Other Dealers (First Visit Only)

Riders can earn five (5) Engagement Credits by visiting a Participating Dealer for the first time. Click here for a complete list of Participating Dealer locations.

Gold 2501 4000
Platinum 4001 5500
Diamond 5501 7500
Orange & Black 7501 No max

*Please note that to progress from Tier into the next, your Earned Miles must be documented by a Mileage Validation.

**The only limit on the number of Participating Dealers (and therefore the available Engagement Credits) for this activity is the number of Participating Dealers, which may not be known until the Promotion starts. Click here for an up-to-date list of Participating Dealer locations.

All Riders start at zero (0) Earned Miles, regardless of the odometer reading during the Initial Mileage Validation. Only Earned Miles ridden during the Promotion Period are counted in the Promotion. Any change in status from one (1) Tier to a higher Tier, as well as all Earned Miles, must be documented by a Mileage Validation, regardless of whether the Rider has already earned the maximum number of Engagement Credits available through Mileage Validations above.

All Engagement Credits and Earned Miles must be earned and recorded by October 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. EST. Mighty Loud assumes no responsibility for lost, incomplete, garbled, incorrect, or otherwise unawarded Engagement Credits or Earned Miles. In the event of a dispute as to any Engagement Credits or Earned Miles, the Authorized Account Holder (as defined above) of the Mobile Device used to submit or record the Engagement Credits or Earned Miles will be deemed to be the Rider. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being an Authorized Account Holder. All Engagement Credits and Earned Miles-related materials become the property of Mighty Loud and will not be returned or acknowledged. All participation is subject to the Participation Restrictions below.

C. Correction Requests

Riders may request a correction to the starting mileage or Initial Mileage Validation (a “Correction Request”) as set forth in this Section.  All Correction Requests must be timely (see below) and Riders will be required to submit such documentation requested by Mighty Loud in its sole discretion. All documentation must, at a minimum, bear both the relevant VIN and odometer reading. To be timely, Correction Requests must be submitted within the following time frames:

Starting mileage: Correction Requests relating to starting mileage must be submitted within thirty (30) days of Registration or at the next Mileage Validation, whichever is earlier.

Initial Mileage Validation: Correction Requests relating to Initial Mileage Validation must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the Initial Mileage Validation or at the next Mileage Validation, whichever is earlier.

Submission of documentation does not guarantee that a correction will be made.

Riders bear the entire burden of demonstrating the accuracy, eligibility, and compliance of all submitted Correction Requests. Mighty Loud may, but is not obligated to, grant the Correction Request if the documentation is deemed credible and acceptable in Mighty Loud’s sole discretion. Mighty Loud may deny any Correction Request (or make only a partial adjustment) if documentation is incomplete, unclear, contradictory, untimely, or otherwise unsatisfactory in Mighty Loud’s sole discretion.

If a Rider provides documentation that Mighty Loud determines, in its sole discretion, to be credible and acceptable, Mighty Loud may correct a Rider’s starting mileage, other Mileage Validations and corresponding Earned Miles, and, if applicable, adjust the relevant Tier(s) and Tier eligibility dates. All decisions of Mighty Loud regarding such Correction Requests are final and binding and are not subject to appeal or review.

D. Adjustments

All Mileage Validations are subject to review, verification, and approval by Mighty Loud.

Mighty Loud reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to reject, adjust, or re-calculate any Mileage Validations, and any associated Earned Miles, Tiers, and related standings (each, an “Adjustment”), at any time if Mighty Loud determines that such Mileage Validation reflects mileage that is inaccurate, inconsistent, unreliable, manipulated, suspicious, incomplete, or otherwise unacceptable.

By way of example only, Mighty Loud may make an Adjustment to any Mileage Validation that, in Mighty Loud’s sole discretion:

  • is manually edited, artificially generated, or contains manipulated data;

  • reflects abnormal or dangerous riding patterns, implausible mileage patterns, or does not reflect actual eligible driving;

  • conflicts with other data, documentation, or Promotion records;

  • was recorded outside the Promotion Period;

  • utilized unauthorized devices, settings, or methods;

  • reflects Application malfunction, data gaps, syncing errors or GPS anomalies (subject to Rider’s consent as described in Your Choices Regarding Geolocation Data above); or

  • otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules.

Mighty Loud may make Adjustments for reasons beyond those listed above. All decisions of Mighty Loud regarding such Adjustments are final and binding and are not subject to appeal or review. Riders agree to cooperate with Mighty Loud in such auditing activity. For more information, refer to Auditing in the Winner Verification section.

E. Participation Restrictions

Riders are prohibited from obtaining or attempting to obtain more than the stated number of Registrations or Engagement Credits (as outlined in these Official Rules) or to artificially increase or falsify the number of Earned Miles, by any means, including without limitation, multiple/different email addresses or phone numbers, Mobile Devices, identities, registrations, logins, or any automated system or other methods.

Riders are prohibited from tampering with, altering, circumventing, reconfiguring, overriding, interfering with, or accessing without authorization, any Application function, settings or data, or from using any third-party application or method, to change data recorded by, input into, or output from, the Application.

Mighty Loud reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion and at any time, to review, verify, audit, accept, reject, disqualify, or adjust any submitted starting mileage, Mileage Validations, or subsequent mileage, if Mighty Loud determines that such mileage or Mileage Validation is inaccurate, inconsistent, manipulated, unreliable, suspicious, non-compliant with these Official Rules, or otherwise not acceptable for any reason.

F. Enforcement

If Mighty Loud determines, in its sole discretion, that a Rider has engaged in fraud, manipulation, tampering, automation, falsification, or other conduct that is intended to unfairly “game” the system or that undermines the integrity or intended operation of the Promotion, Mighty Loud may void any or all Mileage Validations, Earned Miles, and/or Engagement Credits and/or disqualify the Rider from further participation.

Without limiting the foregoing, Mighty Loud reserves the right, periodically and at any other time during or after the Promotion Period, to audit Promotion activity, including both the number of Earned Miles and Engagement Credits.

Riders bear the entire burden of demonstrating the accuracy, eligibility, and compliance of all Mileage Validations. Failure to provide requested documentation or clarification may result in rejection or adjustment of mileage. Mighty Loud may accept only a portion of the relevant mileage and reject or adjust the remainder without disqualifying the Rider. Riders may not rely on interim standings, Application displays, or preliminary mileage totals as final.

Riders are encouraged to retain original records and documentation at least until all winners have been determined and all prizes awarded. A Rider’s inability to provide requested records or documentation may result in rejection or adjustment of Earned Miles and other Engagement Credits.

If Mighty Loud determines, in its sole discretion, that any Registration, Earned Mileage, or Engagement Credit does not comply with these Official Rules, or any Rider has engaged in fraud, manipulation, tampering, automation, falsification, or other conduct that undermines the integrity or intended operation of the Promotion, or other conduct intended to obtain an unfair advantage, or to circumvent, exploit, or defeat the purpose or fair operation of the Promotion, whether or not expressly described in these Official Rules, Mighty Loud may, in its sole discretion, disqualify the Registration and Rider from further participation, or reject all or part of the relevant Earned Mileage or Engagement Credit.

Mighty Loud is not required to identify or notify Riders of suspected violations prior to disqualification. Mighty Loud’s decisions regarding the interpretation and enforcement of these Official Rules are final and binding.

Winner Determination

Following the end of the Promotion Period, Mighty Loud will determine the winners as follows:

A. Identification of Riders in each Tier

First, each Rider’s total Earned Miles will determine which Tiers that Rider achieved. For example, at the end of the Promotion Period, Rider Jill has ridden a total of 5640 Earned Miles (as documented by Mileage Validations). Based on that number, Rider Jill would have qualified for the Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond Tiers:

Tiers Earned Miles Achieved
Silver 1-2500
Gold 2501-4000
Platinum 4001-5500
Diamond 5501-7500
Black & Orange 7501+

Only the Riders whose Earned Miles exceeds the minimum threshold for any particular Tier as documented by a Mileage Validation will be included in that Tier.

B.    Black & Orange Tier Winner

Next, the REV Score for each Rider that qualified for the Black & Orange Tier (the “Black & Orange Rev Score”) will be determined based on the total number of Earned Miles and Engagement Credits for the entire Promotion.

Subject to verification of eligibility, the Rider with the highest Black & Orange REV Score will be declared the winner of the Black & Orange Tier and awarded the Black & Orange Grand Prize Motorcycle. Subject to confirmation, if the winner was a paid H.O.G. member on October 31, 2026, that winner will also be awarded a $5,000 H.O.G. Bonus Prize (above).

B.    Other Tier Winners

Next, the REV Score for each Rider that qualified for the Diamond Tier status (the “Diamond Tier REV Score”) will be determined by tabulating the number of Earned Miles over 5500 and under the next Tier (7501) and adding it to the number of Engagement Credits earned after the Rider qualified for the Diamond Tier and before the Rider qualified for the Black & Orange Tier (if applicable). The qualifying date for the Diamond Tier (a “Qualifying Date”) is the date of the first Mileage Validation that reflects more than 5500 Earned Miles (i.e., the threshold miles). Only Engagement Credits earned after the Diamond Tier Qualifying Date and before the Black & Orange Tier Qualifying Date (if any) will be included in the Diamond Tier REV Score.

For example: Rider Jill (above) qualified for Diamond Tier status by riding 5640 Earned Miles. Her Diamond Tier Qualifying Date below is October 15, 2026, the first Mileage Validation that exceeded 5500 Earned Miles.

Mileage Validation Date Earned Miles Tier
9/20/2026 4367 Platinum
10/3/2026 5205 Platinum
10/10/2026 5324 Platinum
10/12/2026 5435 Platinum
10/15/2026 5640 Diamond

Regardless of when Rider Jill’s odometer actually reached 5501 miles, only the Engagement Credits that she earned on or after October 15, 2026, will be included in her Diamond Tier REV Score. For example, from September 20, 2026, until the end of the Promotion Period, Rider Jill earned 360 Engagement Credits as follows:

Date Engagement Credits
9/20/2026 3 Keywords & Mileage Validation 50
10/3/2026 New Dealer Visit + Mileage Validation 25
10/10/2026 3 Keywords & Mileage Validation 50
10/12/2026 Mileage Validation 20
10/15/2026 New Dealer Visit + Mileage Validation 25
10/17/2026 3 Keywords & Mileage Validation 50
10/20/2026 Mileage Validation 20
10/26/2026 3 Keywords & Mileage Validation 50
10/26/2026 New Dealer Visit + Mileage Validation 25
10/30/2026 Mileage Validation 20
10/31/2026 New Dealer Visit + Mileage Validation 25

Only the 215 Engagement Credits that Rider Jill earned from October 15, 2026 (her Diamond Tier Qualifying Date) to October 31, 2026, will be included in Rider Jill’s Diamond Tier REV Score.

Subject to verification of eligibility, the Rider with the highest Diamond Tier REV Score will be declared the winner of the Diamond Tier and awarded the Diamond Grand Prize Motorcycle. Subject to confirmation, if the winner was a paid H.O.G. member, that winner will also be awarded a $5,000 H.O.G. Bonus Prize.

The remaining Tier REV Scores will be calculated using the same process as the Diamond Tier, starting with the Platinum Tier, followed by the Gold Tier, and concluding with the Silver Tier (i.e., in order of the prize ARV from largest to smallest). As noted above, the Engagement Credits included in a Rider’s REV Score for any Tier will be determined based on the Qualifying Dates for the relevant Tier.

Subject to verification of eligibility, the Riders who earned the highest REV Score in each Tier will be declared winners and awarded the corresponding Grand Prize Motorcycle. Riders may not win more than one (1) Grand Prize Motorcycle.

D. Ties

In the event of a tie between two (2) Riders sharing a VIN, the Rider who is the owner of record of the Registered Motorcycle will be declared the winner.

All other ties will be broken in favor of the Rider with the most Earned Miles in the relevant Tier. If a tie remains, it will be broken in favor of the Rider with the most Mileage Validations in the relevant Tier; if a tie still remains, it will be broken in favor of the Rider who first qualified for the relevant Tier based on the Tier Qualifying Date (above).

D. Number of Prizes Awarded

Mighty Loud reserves the right to award fewer than the stated number of prizes if it does not receive an adequate number of properly submitted and eligible Registrations.

Winner Verification

Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. Regardless of any results displayed on a Dashboard or “leader board” (if any), no Earned Miles or Engagement Credit counts will be final and no Rider will be a “winner” unless and until all Earned Miles, Engagement Credits and other results, along with Rider’s eligibility and compliance with these      results have been validated and confirmed by Mighty Loud and its decisions shall be considered final and binding in all results. Mighty Loud will not accept screenshots or other evidence of winning in lieu of its validation process.

Auditing. All activity arising out of and relating to the Promotion, including Mileage Validations, Earned Miles, Engagement Credit, and any reference to the status of any Rider as a “winner” is subject to verification and/or auditing at any time during the Promotion Period and during the time needed for verification of winners for compliance with the Official Rules.

Mighty Loud reserves the right to require any potential winner to present the relevant Registered Motorcycle be presented to a Participating Dealer for an inspection to confirm the reflected Earned Miles if Mighty Loud determines that such Mileage Validation reflects mileage that is inaccurate, inconsistent, unreliable, manipulated, suspicious, incomplete, or otherwise unacceptable, including for any reason described in the section entitled “Adjustments“ above.

If Mighty Loud determines, in its sole discretion, that verification or auditing activity evidences non-compliance of any Rider, Engagement Credits or Earned Miles with the Official Rules, Mighty Loud reserves the right to disqualify such Engagement Credits, Earned Miles and/or Rider from the Promotion and any prize at any time.

Background. Mighty Loud reserves the right to conduct a background check on any or all potential winners and to disqualify any Rider based on such background check if Mighty Loud determines in its sole discretion that awarding a prize to any such individual might reflect negatively on any of the Released Parties. Each Rider agrees to cooperate with Mighty Loud and its representatives in connection with all verification, auditing and/or background check activities.

A. Notification and Verification Requirements

Each potential winner will be notified by email, call, or text message based on the information provided at the time of Registration, at Mighty Loud's discretion and must respond to Mighty Loud within forty-eight (48) hours of the initial attempted notification. Each winner may be required to present valid photo identification and/or to execute (making any changes) and return an Affidavit or Declaration of Compliance, Liability Waiver, Publicity Release (where legal), tax forms and/or other legal documents (collectively, the "Verification Paperwork") to Mighty Loud for receipt within forty-eight (48) hours  after initial notification and as a condition of receiving prize. Mighty Loud, in its sole discretion, may allow for transmission of Verification Paperwork      email. B. Disqualification of Winners

As noted above, receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. If any potential winner (a) cannot be contacted directly by, or does not respond to, Mighty Loud or its designee within the time stated above, (b) fails to satisfy any eligibility or verification requirement herein, (c) declines to accept the prize, or (d) is otherwise determined to be ineligible, Mighty Loud in its discretion may disqualify that individual and an alternate winner will be determined in accordance with the previously described selection criteria from the remaining Riders in the relevant Tier as soon as reasonably practicable after such disqualification. Alternate winners are subject to all eligibility requirements and restrictions of these Official Rules and must respond to initial notification within forty-eight (48) hours and provide any requested Verification Paperwork forty-eight (48) hours after initial notification.

Time permitting, Mighty Loud will attempt to verify an alternate winner for any prize until an alternate winner has been verified or no Riders remain in that Tier. If Mighty Loud is unable to verify an alternate winner for any prize from the remaining Riders in the relevant Tier, or there is not enough time remaining to verify an alternate winner for any time-sensitive prize, no further attempts will be made for such prize, and that prize will not be awarded.
